The SAG Awards is important to actors because they're voted by their peers; so obviously, they must make an effort.
Yay! Another colourful, unique red carpet. It's like the funeral procession that was the Golden Globes ignited a spark; these A-listers are phoenixes rising from the embers.
A good red carpet is one that gets people talking, and this one sure did. It was diverse in colours and styles, and the hair and makeup showed a shift in tone, too. It wasn't as 'done' as years gone by, thank God, with slightly dishevelled looking hair 'dos and more 'natural' looking makeup. One thing I'm scared about, though, is the abundance of platforms. These can't come back. They just can't! But two classy ladies - Allison Williams and Allison Brie - both wore enormously high stripper heels which implies that a trend is befalling us.
Despite the hooves, Allison Williams was one of our best dressed of the night, joining Margot Robbie, Tracee Ellis Ross and others. See our top ten below, and the rest of the looks in the gallery attached. And let us know, who was your best dressed of the night?
