Last night's Be More You event was our best event yet - and there are four more editions of the Beautie Summit to come
Yesterday evening, we opened our doors to 170 guests and welcomed them to our very first Beautie Summit, the Be More You event. And now we can't WAIT till the next one!
If you were following our Insta stories yesterday - or better still, if you were physically there - you will have witnessed a truly fab event. The idea for it came from our wildly successful Best in Beautie night, a party we threw to celebrate the Beautie Awards last year. We invited our readers to come along and meet the beauty brands they know and love and get to know some others.
Last night's Be More You event was a showcase of natural beauty brands, some of which we were so pleased to say are Irish and are even more pleased to say are businesses run by women.

Guests mingled with brands and had the opportunity to shop the wares. In the Expert Zone, four amazing speakers filled the room with guests who learned two makeup styles (from Cover FX and Nude by Nature) and learned all about the benefits of essential oils (Linda Sampey from The Oiler Movement) and how to eat your way to beautiful skin (Eva Burg from The Healthy Tart).
Guests were treated to bubbles, nibbles, treatments and every smiling someone went home with a goodie bag.

The best news is we are hosting three more Beautie Summit events this year: the Summer Edition, the Best in Beautie event, and our Festive Bash. We'll let you know all the deets when the time comes.
