A lot of us regular Beauties have recently set up a Twitter alliance, to help motivate each other for our own personal health goals. Be it eating more healthily, losing weight, staying in shape or just trying to be more healthy. I know there's loads of thread on here already and I plan on linking them so they are easy to find. Hopefully the aim of this thread will help keep us motivated, both by checking in on here and also from everyone's support. And we realise no one is perfect, everyone has off days (or weeks!), so this will be free from judging and negative feelings.
