very excited, have been talking about trying this for a few months now and trying to get the courage to do it.

I was only discussing this in work today with some of the girls in the office, have been thinking of this for a while as I had iridology done before and colonics were recommended, fingers crossed.
I have a question about colonics.
Would it be the same to have a cure of colopeg? because I had to take one for medical reason, cost about 5€ and you can check that it is cleaning everything inside (no gory details, but your intestine is crytal clear after it)

Ive had a colonic done before. Felt great for months after and would totally recommend it. I have IBS so it was well needed
