Ah, good auld Metro. It’s got the ace beauty/fashion column written by a lady close to our own hearts, Niamh O’Dea, which appears of a Thursday, and it keeps me entertained on the DART of a morning too.
I was reading it as per usual this morning while standing up and waiting for the train to clear at Grand Canal Dock, which is usually when I can be guaranteed to get a seat as everyone who works at Google (which looks like a holiday camp judging on the stuff I can see through the windows) and Accenture (which looks mad serious and not so fun) get off the train.
Anyway, I’m loosing the run of myself here – what I want to tell you all about is an ad I espied today. Oh, a friend of mine works at Google, they get free smoothies and you can come and go as you please, sounds like great fun it’s all really chilled out, he says he’s put on loadsa weight from all the free stuff!
Always though I like to work somewhere like google for a while anyway. SAP is supposed to be the same.
I heard working in google was a doss but didnt believe it!
