Bobbi Brown seems to be sitting on the fence this Spring - but in a good way. Her collection covers all bases - the pastels Lancome have shown as well as the stronger berry shades in the Armani offerings.
Her Violet Look collection looks flattering and wearable. "I was inspired by wild flowers that I saw while traveling out west. Violet makeup shades are fresh, pretty and vibrant", says Brown and it's definitely reflected in the shadow and blusher colours. Lips are complemented with nude and beige shades.
My favourite piece is the limited edition Violet Face Palette which includes seven shades: three Eye Shadows, one Blush, and three Lip Glosses. And as befitting a limited edition, all shades, except the Mahogany Eye Shadow, are only available in this palette.
