Weekend Bargains

Two pretty sweet offers crossed the Beaut.ie newsdesk this week (my kitchen table), so we thought we’d share:

Wilde, the new hair salon in Donnybrook has been causing ripples of excitement on the blather and elsewhere since it opened before Christmas. Now they’re offering a complimentary mystifying treatment with all blow dries. Hmm. Does this mean they read your tea leaves while they pouff your tresses? Nope – a mistyfier treatment steams the hair using Evian water, replenishing it and leaving it soft from root to tip with incredible shine. Sounds delightful, and all for €28. Book me in.

The second offer is one I am very tempted to take up myself too: The incredibly, super-dooperly swanky ESPA at the Ritz Carlton (above) are offering a Spring Reviver break for €135 Monday to Friday.

A brilliant girly treat, you’ll get  an ESPA Stress-Releasing back, neck and shoulder massage, a revitalising eye treatment, an oriental head massag,  a healthy lunch in the Spa Café plus a pedi with foot and ankle massage.  And of course, you’ll get full use of the Swarovski-lit pool, the hammam and thermal suites as well as the relaxation facilities and vitality pool. This place is beyond belief, so get yourself down there, STAT.

Steaming yer hair using bottled water? how Celitc Tiger BT2 oxygen tankesque. (Are those yokes still in there?)

Now the Ritz Carlton deal is definitely a goer… looks across sofa and wonders if someone remembers something you said to her last month ;)

Suzy – the ESPA is fab, I was there just after it opened and am dying to go back. Plus they have separate male and female thermal suites so no chance of sharing the vitality pool with some hairy fella you’ve never met before. Hate that!

Oh I could so do with a spa break after the weekend. Mmm massage…

    Ola Ladies!
I used to work in the uber swanky spa. Before you book make sure you ask you are allowed to use ther pool and the hammam coz if my memory serves me correctly you need to be a resident to use these. But if you kick up a fuss they usually allowed the use of the pool and hammam.
