Hello everyone. I’m hoping for a small bit of advice on a subject that I am HOPELESS on! :)

I’m going to a wedding in Sept and looking for a frock basically but it has to be kind of mid calf length prom style in a nice bright colour preferably something coral. I’ve trawled the shops and web and I can’t find ANYTHING like this. I do have a nice Monsoon dress that I wore to a wedding 2 years ago that is perfect shap but wrong colour as it’s a chocolate brown, it’s lovely but just not bright enough.

Anyone seen anything the like of what I’m after?

    Thanks in advance ladies?

  • does it have to be mid calf thalia?

  • sweetie1 says:

Thalia, I saw nice strapless, corally coloured dresses in Reiss. I’m not normally into strapless but this dress looks fab, has a really pretty design and its below the knee. Reiss always have a really good cut too.

    Best part – 50% off.

    Thalia hows the weightwatchers going?

  • It feels so good to feel good! Had a huge filling yesterday. Still a bit sore but so much better.

Off to London for the weekend. Liz Earle shop here I come!

  • ~Thalia~ says:

ha ha Daisy the weightwatchers!!! :D I made a COMPLETE tit of myself. Been going for 9 weeks and only lost 4.5 lbs and couldn’t understand why until last week the leader told me to have a look back over my course material and try to see where maybe I could improve (she was getting a bit withered with my lack of progress at that stage). So I did and discovered that when calculating my points for a day I had ticked myself as a MAN so was eating 6 points more per day than I should have been! :) :D I was MORTO. HAd to tell the whole class last night and I was sat there like a TOMATO!
Anyways now that I am on the correct points hopefully I should see better results!
The Reiss dress sounds nice, do they do that in Debenhams? I’m in Limerick and so bad at shopping that I nearly never do it so I’m totally stuck as to where to even start.
It does have to be mid calf length or even a little longer. Reson being I absolutely HATE HATE HATE my legs and I just do NOT feel comfortable with them on show :)

Millie – Whats the C&P summer offer?

  • dublinista says:

Hi sweetie1 – Jett (the acupuncturist’s number is 087 9092400 – she’s also a super cool pilates teacher. Manky morning here – I was soaked by the time I got in and then managed to drown myself altogether by spilling a cup of coffee all over me. The baby managed to open a bottle of mouthwash and spill it all over himself – he’s gone in to the creche reeking of mint!

  • Millie says:

sorry cleanse & polish one, you get 3 different sizes
    200ml, 100ml & 50 ml

  • daisy says:

At least your back on track now Thalia and you have still lost 4.5 pounds so far!
