Suddenly, a product you loved and adored just isn’t the same. Something weird has happened. It’s a different texture, or smell, or just doesn’t give the same coverage or colour any more. I remember years ago loving the smell of Pantene products, and then they changed the smell, and that was it – I never liked the brand again.
