Bourjois has been launching new and exciting products at a great rate lately, and following hot on the heels of their Rouge Hi-tech lipstain and Ombre Stretch eye shadows comes Shimmering Shine Liquid Eyeshadow. Packaged in the same style pot as the Rouge Hi-tech, Shimmering Shine is a highly-pigmented, water-based cream shadow that spreads and blends very easily and sets to a shiny, ultra-colourful finish.
There are some really lovely colours available, including a bright, shimmering aqua blue and a deep gunmetal grey, as well as more neutral base shades. This type of product is very adaptable – apply a lighter layer as a base for further colours, or build up layers of one colour for a very intense look. Great for doing a quick eye if you don’t want to spend ages applying and blending multiple powder eye shadows, the multi-faceted colours and shimmering finish give the finished look great depth.
