The thoughts of Girls Night In take me back to my tweeny days when face masks in sachets, bunny slippers, Just Seventeen and MUCH discussion of boys, spots and evil Miss O'Reilly and the amount of maths homework she might give you were the order of the day.
Now I have to confess that I haven't indulged in one of these nights in for ages - but the Cancer Society has inspired me with their Girls Night In. The idea that I could do all this - but WITH margaritas is very tempting indeed.
Order in, hire out those DVDs that only girls appreciate (recommended: something with a hot leading man), and get the cocktail shaker out. Donate the money you would normally all have spent on a night out to the Irish Cancer Society to raise money to support their work with breast cancer and other female cancers.
