It'll come as no surprise to anyone who reads regularly that we're cat fans - in fact I think we've stated that from day one in our bio. Aphrodite has three big British Shorthairs (cuddly, huge Ewok-type mogs) who've managed to achieve a modicum of fame off the back of Beaut.ie too, and Sugar up there has appeared across the mainstream media - most recently on the Afternoon Show - as he's the only one who doesn't run away when camera crews arrive.
Me, I have no moggies (but I am deeply kitten-broody) due to space constraints, so I have to get my cat fix vicariously through her fellas and the Beaut.ie parents' cat Murphy. I'll take my fix anywhere else I can get it as well, and that's one of the reasons I like reading beauty blogs Cosmetic Candy and Makeup and Beauty Blog. Cats, great images and editorial voices plus makeup? Oh, sold.
Rowena at UK-based Cosmetic Candy - subtitled the purrrfect beauty blog - has a really irreverent, funny approach to writing about beauty as well as an in-depth knowledge of tons of Asian brands I know bugger all about. Combine that with lots of pics of cats and a kitty gallery, and her site is one of my daily stop-offs.

Over at Makeup and Beauty Blog, HQd in San Francisco, if I'm not mistaken, Karen regularly features her cat Tabs, along with in-depth analysis and great pix of new collections - check out her Mac coverage, it's always spot-on.
