I recently met make up artists Ellie Balfe from Boylan & Balfe and Paula Callan O'Keeffe from Brown Sugar, and both looked flawless - a pretty great recommendation if you ask me. I had to stop myself peering at them too much - but both these gals look amazing! So my recommendation would be to get in touch with either of them and see what they can do for you. Both are handily located on the southside of Dublin City centre.
