When I was on my J1 in the States (too many years ago at this stage) I remember my boss at the shoe shop I worked in telling me "Honey, no one can wear white past Labour Day". But realistically if we look at the catwalk then this idea is not going to stand.
Now, I also remember my mum telling me when I was young that my shiny white runners looked a bit ridiculous on a bitterly cold Winter's day. So with conflicting opinions, and despite the catwalks telling us it's ok, is winter white really ok?
There are plenty of white pieces to choose from, faux fur coats, jeans, tops worn as layers and so on that methinks it might be ok. Then I look at my wardrobe which looks like I dumped black paint all over it. So, we shall leave it up to you! Do you think winter white works? Vote now!
