These 11 shoes on sale at the moment are a mix of trends, classics and trends that may become classics, in time.
We're passed that pesky two-week period when the shops pretend they don't have sales on throughout the year. It continues to baffle me, these blasting announcement of 'mid-season' sales and 'new-season' sales and 'end-of-season' sales when there are discount rails in all the shops I frequent (so, all of them) all year long. Apart from those two weeks, of course.
Sure, the sales they actually announce are bigger, but they're not necessarily better. Remember, sale clothes are clothes they want to get rid of because they're out of style, or they're a style that customers ignored. But, it's all subjective. You might find something in the sale that someone else left behind because it didn't fit their body type or the colour wasn't right. One women's trash and all that.
When shopping in the sales, I always advise choosing something classic. Buying something that was big last season is only going to look dated. There's always a but, though. Maybe there was a trend you wanted to try but didn't want to spend too much money on it; if you see it on sale, then is definitely the time to pick it up. Those kinds of trends exist for a good time, not a long time.
The selection is extensive, so we've chosen eleven example of trends, classics, and trends that may become a classic, who knows?

As you can see, some are purely for fun (ahem, Topshop) but others, like the boots, are for sure worth the sale investment. Do you shop carefully in the sales, or do you end up spending more than you would on a regular shopping trip for things you need?
