This is surely one BIG case of love or loathe.
My earliest and probably only memory of dungarees was playing on the building site of our house when I was four. Styled with a pair of very attractive red wellies, I was the envy of everyone under five on our road. Fast forward 27 years and goodness almighty my inner five year old is leaping with joy. Dungarees are back. Oh dear. What on earth are we going to do with this trend now?
It's a tough one. My mum also had this pregnancy book when she was having my sister at the same time of building the house and I read as it was colourful. I also remember the shocking dungarees they had on the 1980s new mum and that vivid image is stuck in my head everytime I see a pair.

White and regular denim ones are not so bad and I am crushing on Kate and Alexa's way of styling them in particular. Kate is channelling all things seventies which is bang on trend if you ask me, given that they are flared. With a heel, these might just work on we mere mortals.
