You can also wear a collared shirt or blouse under these to cover your arms if you are a bit chilly. The look is preppy, lovely and very Alexa Chung if you ask me. You can also layer a sleeveless jacket over your suit instead of wearing the classic coat while it's still summer.
When it comes to work wear, you don't have to conform to the suit look. Separates can provide you with a lot more freedom to create your own style and you don't need loads of clothes to do that. A good jacket, skirt, trousers, dress and a few tops are all you need to get started!
