Now, maybe she agreed to the demure, Kate Middleton-esque outfit because the occasion was for Prince Charles' 70th birthday and the location was Buckingham Palace.

All things said, we like the hat. It's very races and would be nice for a wedding. Maybe the incoming Meghan effect will bring back wedding hats? Finger's crossed!
