Gosling is on this side of the Atlantic promoting his directorial debut 'Lost River' with BBC Breakfast's Charlie Staydt when the all too familiar iPhone message tone went off right as he was in the middle of a question. And to say that Gosling was disgusted with himself would be an understatement.
Gosling turns into a scolded schoolboy in about 0.8 seconds after apologising to Staydt who tries to play down the situation and also find out what the message was or who it was from but we'll never know because Ryan tossed his phone away in shame.
