The MTV Movie Awards 2016 were held over the weekend as is always the case, there were plenty of eventful moments.
However, with this being the 25th anniversary of the show, there were even more outrageous moments to cherish during the show.
The Rock and Kevin Hart kick of the show with an entrance that riffs on Mad Max: Fury Road.

That wasn't the only great moment from the hosts. They also took the time to do a Batman v Superman sketch which saw Kevin Hart boldly calling out Nick Fury himself, Samuel L. Jackson.

Rebel Wilson and Adam Devine won the Best Kiss Award for Pitch Perfect 2, and as is tradition, they did a re-enactment on stage.

Amy Poehler gave one of the more emotional moments of the night when she picked up an award for Inside Out.

Zac Efron had to apologise to Seth Rogen's testicles after the comedic actor was starting to experience some unwanted side effects after taking on an Efron inspired fitness regime.

And finally, Will Smith capped off the night with a funny if touching acceptance speech after being presented with the MTV Generation Award.
