It was a star-studded Red Carpet and some very shocking twists at the 72nd Golden Globes.
Tina Fey and Amy Poehler's comedic stylings were severely truncated as the show was running long. Nevertheless, the dynamic duo did their best with the short window they had.
Nobody was safe. NO ONE. Not even Emma Stone's eyes were safe. The fact Tiny opened with "Good evening, and welcome you bunch of despicable, spoiled, minimally talented brats" gave a good indication of what was to come.
Oh, Tina and Amy. We will really miss you next year. Are you sure you won't do it again? GOWAN, YOU WILL, YOU WILL, YOU WILL. Otherwise, Ricky Gervais will be back in there, sweating and snickering up a storm given half a chance. It's like he's auditioning all over again. You know, by kind of repeating a fair whack of Tina and Amy's opening monologue.
