This is the 16-year-old daughter of Uma Thurman and Ethan Hawke. She also appears to be Zac Posen's current muse, that or he just likes smelling her. OK, he's obviously just mumbling something at her, which she doesn't really seem into.
Either way, expect to see a lot more of Maya over the coming years - she's started attending red carpets with Uma. Although mum did seem a little hesitant...
