A Sunday well spent brings a week of content, or so they say. My last few Sundays have been about training with friends, going for long walks and doing a bit of healthy baking.
Unlike every other person I know, I actually like visiting my place of work on a Sunday morning. Having access to a quiet gym allows me some time to plan great workouts for myself and my clients.
Changing up workouts is fun, it keeps things interesting and can help with progress too. At the moment I am planning some easy to follow workouts for you all to check out. In the meantime, you can watch some of my latest sessions here for inspiration.
