Ok, technically, they're not married - but they might as well be. Over the years, Kourtney's put up with his "partying" and brought three kids into the world for him. As for who Chloe Bartoli is, she's one of Scott's ex-girlfriends. She lives in LA, she's friends with Nicole Richie, and was reportedly with Scott before he got with Kourtney.

Hey, at least this rumour makes a change from the usual "Scott is having an affair with Kendall and/or Khloe!" stories. Do you even watch the Kardashians? I'm going to be honest, I've NEVER watched one episode. Not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing.
