The rumours have been flying around for months, but now it's Clarence House official: Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are engaged
Prince Charles this morning announced the engagement of his son, Prince Harry, to former 'Suits' actress Meghan Markle.
In a statement released from Clarence house, the Prince of Wales said he was "delighted" to announce the engagement, which took place earlier this month.

Megan's parents also released a statement, via Kensington Palace.

The soon-to-be princess and prince will be married in spring 2018 - so soon! - with an exact date to be announced: "in due course".
