It's all go in X Factor camp the last week or two, with news that Nick Grimshaw has left the show, Caroline Flack has supposedly been axed, and now Olly Murs has announced this morning that he is leaving the talent show.
Both Murs and Flack took over as host of The X Factor last year following Dermot O'Leary's departure, but the pair came up against a lot of criticism for live show mishaps, including Olly telling a contestant she was going home prematurely... awkward times.
The singer however has said it's simply down to his music career he is leaving the show, as he felt it took a back seat last year, he told The Sun UK; "This was an incredibly hard decision to make and one I didn't take lightly as I've really enjoyed co-hosting The X Factor.
"It's been one big adventure and I loved every minute of it. But my heart belongs to music and I want to concentrate 100% on making my next album and getting back to performing.
"Last November I was doing the show, promoting a new single and I felt increasingly like the music side of things had to be shoehorned into the TV schedule.

“Now that I’ve started working on my next album I couldn’t see myself having the time to do both.”
While Simon Cowell said; “It was fantastic having Olly on The X Factor last year and now this year he has to concentrate on his new album. In addition to this we have agreed to work on some other TV projects in the future."
So X Factor 2016 will have a new judge and a new host/hosts, let the never-ending speculation begin...
