Michael Bublé and wife, Luisana Lopilato have revealed that their three-year-old son, Noah, has been diagnosed with cancer.
Noah is the eldest of the couple's two sons. The couple made the announcement on Lopilato's Facebook page in a statement informing fans of Noah's treatment.

As the statement says, Bublé and Lopilato have both suspended all professional commitments so that they can both direct all of their focus on Noah.
The family normally resides in Lopilato's native Argentina, but have moved to the US for Noah's treatment.
