Masterminds tells the story of three not particularly intelligent people who manage to pull off a heist that nets them millions of dollars, with hilarious results.
Jared Hess of Napoleon Dynamite fame is in the director's chair for this one, and the action comedy tells the story of the heist of a lifetime as David Ghantt (Zach Galifianakis), Kelly Campbell (Wiig) and Steve Chambers (Owen Wilson) make off with $17 million.
Based on true events, Ghantt becomes the fall man for the scheme, and has to try to get some revenge while dodging the authorities and hitman Mike McKinney (Jason Sudeikis) along the way. Of course, everyone in the movie looks like a total raving idiot, so hilarity should ensue, judging by this trailer.
