Congratulations are in order for John Legend and Chrissy Teigen after they welcomed their first child together into the world.
Legend took to Twitter to share the news yesterday.
Our new love is here! Luna Simone Stephens, born on Thursday, the 14th. We couldn't be happier!

That was followed by this Instagram post from Teigen later that same day.
The pair has opened up about their fertility issues in the past with Teigen commenting in an interview that: "We would have had kids five, six years ago if it happened. But my gosh, it's been a process. We've seen fertility doctors."

Teigen also went on the record about how the pair chose the gender of the baby before undergoing IVF treatment.
“I’ve made this decision,” Teigen told People in February. “Not only am I having a girl, but I picked the girl from her little embryo. I picked her and was like, ‘Let’s put in the girl.' ”
