You can lose hours browsing the city's huge shopping malls - Moda, Centro Comercial Príncipe Pío and ABC Serrano. Bar hop through the fashionable Chueca district close to Gran Vía or head to Puerto del Sol for Madrid's popular cave bar crawls.
After midnight, head to one of Madrid's mega clubs, such as Kapital, Ocho y Medio or Pacha. In party-happy Madrid, the nightlife doesn't get going until late - but then it doesn't stop!
