Some One Direction fans were absolutely devo after they were duped into believing that the first photo of Harry Styles' new haircut was the real deal.
Styles shocked fans last week when he supposedly cut his hair for charity (it's more likely he cut it for his upcoming acting role in Christopher Nolan's Dunkirk). Rather than show a picture of his new hair at the time, Styles teased fans by simply sharing the below Instagram post.
Fans were desperate to get a glimpse of the new hair so when Ellis Lacy tweeted the below image it didn't take long for it to go viral.

Ellis superimposed Styles' facial features onto his own face using Snapchat. He then followed up the tweet with a video on FB pretending to be Harry thanking him for getting the word out there about his new do.
Of course, it didn't take long for fans to lose the run of themselves.
