It was a 'totes emosh' episode of Big Brother last night as the eight remaining housemates were given an opportunity to read letters from home. However, as Big Brother is a cruel host, not all the housemates got their letters.
It was down to a tombola to decide their fate as housemates could choose a ball from it which read either 'win', 'choose' or 'lose'.
'Win' added an extra £5,000 to the prize fund and allows the housemate to save a letter of their choice. 'Lose' forced the housemate to destroy a letter, while with 'choose', the person had to decide whether to add £5,000 prize money or preserve a message.
Nick, Danny, Cristian, Chloe and Harry all got to hear their messages from loved ones read out to them, and sure there wasn't a dry eye in the house. Bad luck for Jack, Joel and Sam though as they had to watch their messages get eaten. (They were made from rice paper.) We told you Big Brother was cruel.

It's okay, though Danny initiated a group hug after, and it was all lovely. N'aww. He's dying to win, that Danny fella. He might and all.
In other Big Brother news, the prize fund now stands at £45,900 as £5,000 was taken out earlier that day when Nick dipped in to pass on his nomination to Chloe, meaning that now it's herself, Sam, Harry and Jack up for eviction this Friday.
The final will take place Friday, July 17th.
Does anyone care or has this series had a bit of a resurgence in popularity (maybe due to TV3 picking it up this year)?
