When we chatted to Chupi Sweetman-Pell recently, we knew that her handwork, talent and general loveliness would conspire to make her an international success.
So when we heard that she was getting ready to break into the American market, we clapped our swan feather ringed-hands together and let out a little holler.
We love to hear success stories from strong, talented Irish women. And Chupi's first visit to the States is set to be a memorable affair as she has just exhibited her brand new AW15 collection at the NY NOW trade show in New York City. It follows on from her appearance at London's Scoop trade show, held in the Saatchi gallery in Chelsea. It seems the fashion capitals of the world are drawn to her take on wild and natural things.
