We actually got a bit emotional and let out a few happy tears because of this. Less than we did while watching 'Room', granted, but still tears.
Brie Larson took home the Academy Award for Best Actress for her performance in Lenny Abrahamson's 'Room' last night and while she gave a very modest and generally lovely acceptance speech, it was this moment just after her win, backstage with Eddie Redmayne, that deserves all the attention. Sheer joy and nothing else.
Their faces are quite literally a picture and we couldn't he happier for Larson.
