Love tea? Love Barry's Tea? Fan of the odd cocktail or two? Well as Joey would say, put your hands together, because now you can have both at the same time.
Yep, there are Barry's Tea cocktails now so even when you're boozing you don't have to be parted from your trustee cuppa.
The new Barry's drinks, called Infusion, have been developed and created by Conor Myers, an award-winning mixologist from The Exchequer Bar in Dublin, and will be launched exclusively at the Taste of Dublin.
Conor was tasked with designing three distinctly different cocktails with 'True Character', but also cocktails that are simple enough to make at home. Below are the fruits of his labour:
Golden Dew: Barry’s Gold Blend, Tullamore D.E.W. Whiskey, ginger & Irish honey cordial, lime & ginger ale. (nom.)
Berry Fizz: Barry’s Very Berry Tea, Hendrick's Gin, cranberry juice, Irish elderflower cordial, fresh lemon & soda water. (Nom.)

Yes, we know it was far from Green Tea Mojitos we were reared but colour us intrigued.
