We think that Halloween really is better when it's spookier and not sexy. And if you're not going to be scary, at least be funny.
That image up there is the utterly terrifying 1935 version of a Minnie Mouse costume, and previous decades really brought the homemade horror to the world which just makes the more recent decades even more disappointing viewing.
The '80s really did ruin everything. Although we have to say the last one is quite horrifying... see for yourself and let us know which one you think is the worst (or best!). What are you dressing up as for Halloween?
