Lynnie's post yesterday about the recent fad for coloured mascara prompted loads of comments, not least of all Gingerrama's knowledgeable reply. She pointed out that, "fantastic effects can be achieved by sticking to something within the range of the biologically feasible as a base - and that’s going into purples, burgundies and teal", and Lynnie added that she has a soft spot for navy or dark blue mascaras, finding them "great for taking the mixymatosis-looking edge off my “morning after the night before” eyes!!".
