I know I can be hyperbolic in my praise for the products I adore, but that doesn't mean I'm completely blind to their faults.
Moisturisers that go ball-y on your face are a GRRRRR point for me, and I'm not too keen on the packaging and shape of MAC's lipsticks either (solid plastic tampon, anyone?) - in fact, their entire permanent catalogue could do with a style shakeup.
NARS shadow is something that's just guaranteed to shatter approximately one week after purchase. They're so soft and pigmented that they don't hold together all that well, especially ones with glitter or shimmer. Bah - because they're beautiful to work with and apply.

Any more gripes? Oh you betcha: I would really like Barry M to put a mesh over their Dazzle Dusts to avoid Bathroom Incidents, and much as I adore Chanel's amazing polish shades and won't stop buying them, I'm forced to admit they chip like bejaysis.
