While checking out the calming, soothing cup of tea options in the supermarket the other other day I saw something interesting on a pack of Robert Roberts decaf 80s - inside boxes right now is a special voucher entitling you to one nights bed and breakfast (or as Aphrodite called it as a child, bread and breakfast), one evening meal AND one spa treatment for €79 euro per person sharing at a range of 3-and 4-star hotels round the country.
You know the drill - availability at each hotel will be limited, not all dates will be doable, but when I checked it out I saw that hotels participating include the Blarney Golf resort in Tower, Cork, the Radisson SAS Hotel and Spa, Limerick and Ballygarry House Hotel and Spa in Kerry.
Treatments on offer depend on the hotel, of course, but you can avail of things like seaweed baths, manis and pedis, massage and facials.
