We’d rather not think about all those clothes we were meant to return but never got round to it.
Some websites have a great returns system, but not all of them do and even the hassle of going to the Post Office can put us off (first world problems, yes). An Post’s new ReturnApp is free to download and makes returning goods that bit more manageable, you can book a pick up the night before (up until midnight) and a courier comes to you the next day whether it be at home or work. If you’re not in you can leave it in a safe place like your porch and they’ll get it – genius! An Post then sorts the rest for you and returns it to the correct retailer, so all you have to do is use the app and leave out the parcel. If the retailer offers An Post ReturnPal in their returns policy, it’s completely free to use, otherwise there is a charge.

There's also new app AddressPal that allows you to online shop from different countries, even if they say they don't deliver to Ireland. So we can finally get our hands on US brands instead of seeing everyone else get it first. The app sends you a proxy address to use when purchasing and when it's arrived in Ireland will either go straight to your address or your nearest Post Office.
So more returns = more money to buy clothes. ReturnApp and AddressPal are now available from the Apple Store and Google Play Store.
