Stacey Solomon, X-Factor singer and TV personality whose credits include Loose Women and I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!: Extra Camp, has shared pictures from a photoshoot she did with Celebrity Secrets to highlight the extent to which airbrushing changes how bodies look.
Solomon is known for calling out unrealistic beauty standards and in the new interview accompanying the photos for the shoot, she discusses body confidence.
Posing in a bikini at Hatfield Heath's Down Hall Hotel & Spa, Solomon shared both an edited and unedited shot in a picture on her Instagram:
She captioned the post: “This is how scary airbrushing can be... just remember when you’re looking at someone’s post or in a mag or poster you might not be looking at real life images!

“I’m so proud of the interview and shoot I did with @celebritysecretsmag highlighting how dangerous this kind of body morphing is and why all bodies should I’ll be celebrated no matter what shape or size! I look better UN airbrushed in my opinion and love my natural lumps and bumps!”
Natural vs edited pictures - the difference huge.
A brave move from @StaceySolomon to do this. It sets a great example and reminds everyone how much pictures can be altered / photoshopped https://t.co/N5TfCmAPSF pic.twitter.com/3uRkbogNpT

Speaking to Celebrity Secrets, Stacey said: “Children are robbed of their childhood because they’re under pressure to look a certain way.
“Even if you ask 100 teenagers if they think a picture has been edited, and they all say “yes”, they’ll still want to look like that – as that’s what they think “pretty” is. And that’s what we’ve got to eradicate.”
