After the success of Garnier's Ultimate Blends hair care, 2016 brings us their first ever body care range to meet the specific needs of normal, dry, very dry and even sensitive skin types.
I popped along to the launch and was told that Garnier have carefully selected naturally derived ingredients that give not only visible results but a unique sensory experience.
The four blends in question are:
- Argan and camellia oils (Marvellous Oils)
These two beauty ingredients have long been prized for their ability to moisturise the skin.
- Virgin olive oil (Mythic Olive)

Virgin olive oil is renowned for its remarkable strength and ability to nourish very dry skin.
- Royal jelly, honey and propolis (Honey Treasures)
These restorative ingredients created by bees help to restore a very dry skin.
- Oat milk and white almond cream ( Delicate Oat)
This blend has been specifically formulated to soothe, comfort and hydrate dry and sensitive skin.
For me, the textures were thick and creamy and the smell of the products were really nice without being overpowering. It's non-greasy and non-sticky which I love, so you don't need to stand around air drying yourself for ages before getting dressed. Does anyone else do that, or is it just me?

Either way, you will be happy to know that these lotions will sink into your skin in no time, leaving you able to get dressed without that horrible sticky feeling. Always a bonus.
