Mmm the thought of all the delish cocktails at the Beaut.ie Brunch has made me wonder - what's your fave cocktail?

I'm particularly fond of chocolate martinis - oh in heaven even thinking about them (the ones in the Fitzwilliam - drool...). Or the appletinis in Odessa, the chocolate orange martinis in Eden, the cosmos in just about anywhere... Oh oh can't forget margaritas either! Or frozen strawberry daiquiris. Oh okay - I just LOVE cocktails!
