Oh it's new skincare-tastic round here today! Another fab new product that's just come on the market is Origins Youthopia Firming Eye Cream, a partner product to their existing Youthopia skin firming cream and lotion, a super-duper cream that contains Rhodiola, a plant that grows in arctic regions and which is known for its abilities to improve mood, ease depression and alleviate stress. In skincare terms, it helps to calm skin, reduce puffiness and helps with the aging process.
Because this is from Origins, it's a potent product. The cream is a not entirely attractive beige-brown, but that's basically because that's the colour of the plant and Origins, being Origins, don't bleach it to make it look more skincare-y. But that's just a cosmetic concern and if we've no qualms about bathing our faces in blue and green potions, then lets embrace the beige. Because this stuff is GOOD. Definitely my current favourite eye cream, it's non sticky, light and sinks immediately into the skin round the eye area. Lovely.
