It had to happen. Olay, providers of hard-working, well-priced skincare have entered the serious anti-ageing market with their new launch, Regenerist 3 Point Cream.
A huge hit in the US, 21,000 women in the UK joined a waiting list for it, and now we can get our grubby paws on a pot for €45. A lot more costly than yer regular jar of Olay, to be sure, but equally, a hell of a lot less than some other brands. It's a product with a bit of a difference too, as it's designed specially for eyes, jawline and neck. The ingredients include a high proportion of pentapeptides - amino acids that help to renew the outer layer of skin - as well as moisture-boosting hyaluronic acid.

Does it work? The UK Times' Science Editor did an investigation, and gave it 3.5/5 - not bad at all. Me, I like the packaging, the smell and the texture of it a lot. But I haven't been using it for 6 weeks yet, and that's the amount of time you do need to give a product in order to test its efficacy. As a moisturiser, it's very nice, especially for use at night. As an effective anti-ager - the beaut.ie jury's still out, but I somehow think Olay have a hit on their hands, regardless.
