So needless to say, another of my beauty resolutions for '08 is to get into the habit of regular body-scrubbin'. I love scrubs, I do, but I tend to be lazy and only use them periodically, when what I should be doing is establishing a routine and scrubbing away at the orange-peel and dry skin on a regular basis.
One of the problems with some body scrubs is that they're really greasy - Soap & Glory Flake Away, I'm looking at you here - so you end up with a double whammy of cleaning. You start with your arse, and end up with the Cif as you attempt to remove all the residue from the bath afterwards. Sigh. Not exactly ideal.
So that's why I have plighted my body-troth to Liz Earle's Energising Body Scrub. It's in a very handy tube, so you squeeze out as much as you like, and it smells scrummy - without greasin' up yer tub.

It's a decently priced £12 too, which is fab. So why not treat yourself to some of their famed Cleanse and Polish too - just to justify the postage cost, of course.
