We all love the Naked Palettes by Urban Decay. They are cult products and all three iterations of the Naked Palette are a go-to for looks from everyday to bridal.
However, they're not knock-your-socks off exciting. They're just very, very pretty. After years of subtle-but-beautiful Naked Palettes, Urban Decay fans are ready for something outrageous, something full-on. And my goodness, have the folks at Urban Decay provided it.
The Electric Palette is, to be frank, obscene. It will offend your granny just by existing in the same room as her. The shadows it contains are so bright that they literally scream at you like obnoxious teens bush drinking behind the local supermarket. The palette is, in short, glorious!
The ten incredibly vivid shades come snugly nestled in a beautiful palette. The packaging is reassuringly clunky, yet small enough to travel with easily. The palette is black but features a pattern with clouds of fluoro brights that is incredibly eye-catching. This is the anti-Naked Palette!
When Urban Decay released their Vice Palette a while back, a particular shade got an amazing reception. That matte blue shadow, Chaos, is not only back in the Electric Palette, but was also the inspiration for the palette. The colours are incredible - so bright and vivid. These shadows are actually pressed pigments, and you can really tell.

I've rarely encountered such pigmented eye shadows - most of them are pretty much opaque. You can see this in the swatch photo, where I managed to catch them in a sunbeam. The shadows range from mattes to metallics and some beautiful shimmers. The photograph really doesn't do justice to how obscenely attention-seeking they are!
