The new Lifeproof Foundation from Sleek is creating quite the buzz online. Here's our verdict on the new formula, packaging and overall performance.
The new Lifeproof Foundation from Sleek is proving to be a big hit with beauty fans. So, we decided to test it out for ourselves. After all, it's always good news when an affordable, high-quality foundation hits the market, right? And with an impressive 24 shades in the range, this one has a lot going for it.
Let's start with the packaging. Lifeproof has a lightweight tube with a screw cap lid. Overall, it's robust and we like that the lid won't come flying off inside your handbag (nightmare!). The squeezy-tube means you won't be dealing with product waste - something you often see with glass bottles. You can even snip off the top to get the last remnants out when it's on its last legs.
The foundation is technically medium coverage but it's actually very versatile to work with. We found it equally as easy to build it up to full coverage as it was to blend out for a sheer finish. The formula also features "skin perfecting" as well as "blurring and brightening" technology. These translate into a natural, semi-matte finish that isn't shiny but isn't chalky either. And perhaps most importantly, doesn't settle into pores or stick to drier patches.

We got a solid day's wear out of the new Lifeproof formula, with only a couple of little powder touch-ups around the nose and forehead needed. So between the versatile coverage options, shade options and overall finish we're thoroughly impressed, and will definitely be keeping this highstreet hero in rotation.
