Lets face it: Dolce & Gabbana ads are pretty frigging ridic at the best of times (Giselle flouncing about, Matthew 'raptor arms' McConnaaa-HEY), but the new spot to flog The One scent for Christmas takes the barmy-brack, eats it and then makes an ad out of it.
As I did the washing up last night I could hear it on the telly behind me. To paraphrase, lots of sexy-spake-style gubbins to start, so that's how I knew it was a perfume commercial - my bullshit detector perked up quick-sharp.
"I don't know what I am looking for. Maybe something. Maybe nothing. But I will know it when I find it."

Yeh wah? You'll know nothing when you find it? You will, will you? HOW!? This puts me in mind of the lyric in Lizzy's Jailbreak where Phil opines, "tonight there's gonna be a jailbreak ... somewhere in the town."
Yes Phil. AROUND THE GENERAL VICINITY OF THE JAIL WOULD BE MY BEST GUESS.
Anyway, D&G, super-fail on your latest super-stupid ad.
