We found a matte lipgloss with a non-sticky texture that has two of the nicest nudes ever!
Lipgloss is one of my oldest and favourite makeup tools. I love how lipgloss applies; it feels moist as it touches your lips. I always maintain how a gloss is my favourite texture to put on lips because it makes them look healthy. It serves to do more than just add colour. It adds shine, makes your lips look bigger, hydrates your lips and adds subtle colour. However, when it comes with a sticky texture, it drives me mad.
Now, NOTE Cosmetics Mattemoist lipgloss has revolutionised lipgloss as I know it and surprisingly, I love it. I am not a fan of the liquid matte lip trend that we have seen so much of this past couple of years. While it has a purpose and a place in makeup, it's just not a trend I like. I like my lip products to be comfortable so extreme matte doesn't appeal to me.

This lipgloss manages to combine the hydration and feeling of a gloss with the matte buttery texture of a matte liquid lip. And I love it. It sounds impossible, doesn't it? A matte lipgloss is a kind of contradiction. The formula has vitamin E and macadamia oil to moisturise your lips while you wear it even though the finish is matte. Imagine a matte lipstick melted down with oils added to it and that's what the texture is like.

There are two colours that I have used so much in the past few weeks because everyone I put them on loves them. (I have a creamy nude colour called Matnude and a natural lip colour called Matkiss.) I love the creamy texture, the velvet finish and the colours. The applicator doefoot is long and stiff and applies the product easily. It makes it easy to line the edge of your lips to perfection using the wand.
